Somebody told us many of the workers in the rubber plantations are Cambodians. They come over for work, I guess like the Mexicans go to the United States. The rubber is collected, processed, rolled out and dried in sheets. It is sold by weight. I felt it as it was dripping from the tree and it wasn't sticky but guess what! it was rubbery, like a rubber band.
